Fits perfectly, order one size up
I have been lifting weights for about 4 years and have a heavy build. 178 lbs, 6ft 1in, size 30 in most jeans. I ordered a large but it usually fits in a medium. The fit is perfect, loose around my waist but tighter on my chest. Very flattering. I just wish they had more color choices, I'm impressed with the material for the price. Pretty much comparable to some of my shark tanks at the gym which are made out of the same material.
