refunded. My friend loves it and says it works great! Unfortunately mine didn't work. I was so disappointed. He never worked. nothing on the display. wouldn't turn on etc. I contacted the company via email as stated on the box. After several emails over the course of a week including sending a video showing it not working, they refunded the money. I would appreciate a working replacement. If my friend's mop continues to work well, I'll consider getting a different one. I think it's a great product if they work. Save the package!
