Saved My Cupcakes!: Kitchen Utensils & Gadgets
I was so upset that my cottage cupcakes turned out better than regular cupcakes. I was afraid they would dry out as I kept adding more cooking time. These oven thermostats indicated that my oven was over 50 degrees hot so I could set the inlet temp higher than needed to get the temperature I wanted. Ultimately, I want to figure out how to calibrate my oven, but this has worked really well for me for now. (By the way, I managed to test them in a "good bunโ: in the oven they were in place!
