I was eager to test ODOMY's online store because I frequently buy tools and supplies for house improvement. However, I had a very disappointing encounter with this company. First of all, I found their website to be clumsy and challenging to use. When I did discover the exact products I was looking for, the descriptions were ambiguous and lacking key information. Second, the shipping procedure was a nightmare when I eventually made a purchase. When my order finally did appear, it was several days after the estimated delivery date and several items were missing. I spoke with customer support, and they were dismissive and unhelpful. Ineffective phone calls and emails had to be made repeatedly before the missing things were located. Finally, I was disappointed in the goods' quality. The power tools I bought felt flimsy and didn't work as well as their descriptions led me to believe. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone to shop at ODOMY's website. This business is a huge letdown due to its clumsy website, subpar customer service, and unimpressive product quality.
