Okay, the printer works fine, but try contacting support with a simple question. I spent 90 minutes talking to a real person and I'm so frustrated as hell I want to throw my printer out the window! HP may think it's efficient to push me from page to page asking for more and more information I don't have or can't find, but it's not. Honestly, do you really need my serial number, application number, etc just to answer a simple question? To be honest, I feel better writing this. Buy a printer, it's good; Do not try to contact support, you will regret it.
