These batteries seem to lack power

I bought these batteries for my drone;. They are the exact same voltage and size, but even after charging and draining them several times, they do not seem to hold enough power to fly the drone for more than 30 seconds. At this point, I think it is too late to return, so it's looking like a waste of money.

Pros

Good batteries for my drone . Played around for 4 hours and still holding a good charge on first battery

Cons

Overcharging the batteries can lead to damage or even a safety hazard
