Easy to use software for lead generation

It's easy for me as an admin user - I can edit my contacts from any device (mobile or computer) via internet connection. The software has many useful functions such as sending email notifications, reminders etc.- it also allows you to create campaigns that will be sent in bulk-it doesn't have too much customization options but what we need could easily be achieved through plugins/addons which are available online. Sending emails automatically to our leads / prospects using this tool saves time & effort compared to manually doing so!
