I was looking for an inexpensive gauge for my glove box and this fits right in. I run 39.5" Yoks on an H1 Hummer wheel. I use 6-8psi on a good day and 4psi in the snow. I mainly do hill climbs and rocky trails. You slide the fitting onto your valve. And when inflating 40-inch tires, the exhaust valve is slow compared to the Moroso unit. I would say I spend more if I race or crawl every weekend.
