The perfect bobble package!
My little one wears 2T/3T and it fits her perfectly! She will be able to wear it for a long time because the waistband is elastic. The pom poms can move but snag a bit on the tulle, which is good because they "float" around the skirt instead of hanging down. It's so cute and just what I wanted for birthday fun! ๐ฅณ
