We received this set to prepare for a long vacation with a toddler and a baby this summer. We took it for a test run and here's what we found. The DVD player is easy to open and close while driving. You can leave it on the seat when changing rides. The board works as it should. The kit includes all the cables needed to power up and connect two screens. as well as a mount for each (mounts are just straps, similar to the ones you have on a child seat). The cables are long enough to have a screen on the back of the driver's seat and one on the front of the middle row passenger (see my photo). You can use the main auxiliary cable to connect the main player to your car stereo. This is a huge plus given one of the downsides of these players: weak speakers. You sound good. They don't crackle, crackle or anything, but are very quiet. If you play adult music or anything, I doubt kids will be able to hear your show or movie well. All in all a very good deal when all is said and weighed.
