Choose one size up or it won't fit you

It looks more like a shirt than a dress. It is written that it is great, but by someone's standards. I'm 5'10" and 160. Now. The material was very skimpy and spiky. I thought it would look really cute with a pair of leggings. Now I have to send it back as I would never give it as a gift. Look and feel too cheap
