Review on 💻 ORICO NVME M.2 to Type-C USB3.1 Gen2 10Gbps External Adapter: Transparent Enclosure for M-Key SSDs, USB Type C Converter Case - TCM2-Blue by Jordan Serba

Very nice clear case with anodized heatsink, works great with the new SK Hynix Gold P31 2TB PCIe NVMe Gen3 M.2 2280. Connects via a powered USB 3.0 hub to a budget Dere/Daysky V14S connect laptop. Achieve very high writing and reading speeds. The included thermal pads are a bit flimsy, but I removed the paper label from the SSD and gently squeezed the case to make better contact with the heatsink. Doesn't heat at all. Just a little bit warm. Apply some black paint to the blue LED that was too bright at night. I really appreciate the power management feature. My laptop goes to sleep when I close the lid and after a few minutes the blue light on this case goes off as well. Also, it doesn't turn on until I need access to the hard drive. I like portability and chose red as it's easier to find in a room or cluttered workspace if I have too many blue peripherals, and black is definitely a waste. Black which I thought looked way better with my IMO laptop.
