Great Gym Shorts - Clothes

Gym Essential #1 What else do you wear to the gym? Jeans? Too restrictive. Khaki? You would look pretty weird. Nothing? You would have been arrested. No, they wear shorts like everyone else unless they wear leggings. As a man who wore jeans every day and never allowed his legs to see sunlight or breathe fresh air, this was a harsh truth, but I had to accept it nonetheless. So the jeans fell off and the shorts came on and my friends pointed and laughed and yelled at the sight of my never-before-seen legs and I endured it all. The shorts themselves are quite comfortable, sitting about knee-high for me (I'm about 6ft tall, but haven't measured my height in years, so give or take a little). The waist (I'm 32 and medium size) was ok and a little loose, but of course the elastic made up for it and after putting it on it was ok. They are very light, breathable and don't constrict the legs at all. Maybe my only problem is that when I train my legs they tend to come up from behind and give me wedge heel memories I never had, but it could also be my fault for being the first to do so I do leg day.

Pros
  • Machine washable
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
