GOOD PRODUCT, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

At first I was very happy with this keyboard. This is of course much smaller than a standard keyboard. And I also had issues with some keys getting stuck, so it took a little getting used to. But for what I paid I was overall happy with the purchase. However, it's been about 8 months since purchase and it's practically unusable. Now only a handful of buttons work at all. It's fully charged. I've tried turning it off and on again, turning off bluetooth and then reconnecting, but still no luck. While originally I would have given 3 or 4 stars, I now give it 1. It was a waste of money. A small amount, but still a waste. **UPDATE** After my initial review, Arteck contacted me and offered a keyboard replacement! I was VERY happy to know that my keyboard was covered by the manufacturer's warranty and I didn't have to worry about sending the old one back! After confirming the delivery information I received an email saying I would receive a replacement in 4 days but it took 2 days to arrive! The new keyboard works great and is also under warranty! Arteck's customer service has been very impressive, from their proactive approach to me to a quick and hassle free replacement! So thank you Artek! FIVE STARS!
