I just gave Guzzini's online business a try for my kitchen and household necessities, and I have to admit, I was utterly let down. Although the online business claimed to be a one-stop shop for all dining and entertaining needs, the products lacked both variety and quality. The website itself has a dated design and inadequate search features, making it challenging to explore. The filters did not function properly, making it difficult to find specific things, which made shopping frustrating. I was dissatisfied with the products' quality when I finally found any to buy. The products seemed to be expensive and poorly built. I had to return a lot of the items since when they arrived, they did not match the website's descriptions or pictures. Ineffective staff members and delayed response times contributed to the poor customer service. It was evident that they had no interest in offering their clients a high-quality service. Overall, I would advise against purchasing kitchen and household supplies from Guzzini's online store. There are other alternatives that offer superior quality and service.
