The ability to track customer behavior in order for us as marketers, sales reps or product managers can act upon it immediately! It's also very easy using this tool since we are already used working within other analytics platforms such like Google Analytics etc.. This helps me understand our customers better so I know what they need from my side when interacting them online via social media channels (Facebook)etc... I love that Auryc is able to pull together so many different data points to give me a full picture of my customer. I also love that it is constantly updating and evolving to keep up with my ever-changing business needs. I wish it would be able to understand a more complex data set. I have been able to gain insights that help me to grow and keep my customers happy.
