Arrived non-working

I thought it was the most complicated fan in the world because I couldn't figure out how to get the blades to spin. Turned it on, pressed the power button and nothing. I disassembled the cage and removed the blades to find that the tiny short wires attached to the motor were not connected. Soldering them back together is beyond my skills and toolbox, and the plastic clip holding them together is broken. This would be a nice gentle fan for my bedroom, but definitely a cheap, inexpensive device.
