I really wanted to love this hair tie. It's super comfy and cute. I was also very happy that it comes with a screen protector and a tool to install it. Now for problems. Initially, I bought a similar tape in a small size. Since I was using the small band my FitBit came with, I figured this six-point band would work for it. I was wrong. So, after a very simple return process, I got a big one. Fits perfectly! So my husband just put the strap and screen protector on my device and off we went. The problem appeared when I was washing the dishes. I noticed that moisture got under the screen protector. If the protector could be removed then there would be no problems. However, you have to remove the entire strip to remove it and that just doesn't work. I bought the Inspire 2 because it's waterproof and I wouldn't have to worry if it got wet washing dishes etc. I can't leave moisture behind under the screen protector I'm afraid it might grow mold or something. if I hadn't bothered to take it apart completely to dry. So unfortunately I have to send this one back. However the company is great, they sent exactly what they were supposed to, very timely so there were no problems! I also appreciate their no-hassle return policy and how quickly they processed my return (for the first group. I haven't returned the second yet, but I will tomorrow).
