Great replacement for the remote control.
I have an old Onkyo stereo surround sound system. When I finally got the stereo working with my new TV after about a year (needed a special cable), the remote didn't work properly to change the volume. I ordered this remote control and it works much better than the original. Due to the brand of my stereo I can't control my TV so I use two remotes so I can't comment on how well it actually works to control my TV or DVD player.
