The thing works damn well. My dog had an accident in the kitchen and I wiped him down with this and a rag and when I later sorted out the rag there was a slight smell of this product but the urine smell was completely gone. There have been mice in my car a few times. a few months ago and searched everywhere for fabric sanitizer but couldn't find one that met my standards. It's a shame I didn't find this product back then because it would have saved me a lot of trouble and headaches. I'm not a bacteriophobe, but I don't want to get hantavirus. I ended up using something smelly that was difficult to apply. This product sprays well (there are 4 sprayers for 8 bottles of sanitizer) and smells decent. I'm quite sensitive to the smells of man made sanitizers, but this one doesn't really bother me as long as there is some sort of ventilation. on your skin I'm not sure how careful I need to be when using it, so I've been a little wary of using it anywhere I want. I'll check again when I get a chance and let you know. I'm very glad I have this product as I expect to have more mice next year and it's perfect for cleaning up afterwards. But it's also great for many other uses, especially pets, smelly outdoor gear, etc.
