Hello. I hope this review helps, I have over 20 years experience in IT and have used KVM a lot, I really liked the idea of this HD capable KVM. Well I've had two of these and both were faulty, here's what I experienced.1. USB connections are too short, not suitable for mouse and keyboard (or standard USB)2. Constant uninstalls and reinstalls for no reason (on both I've had) 3. Overall poor quality, old fashioned cables and bulky4. With little to no documentation or instructions I finally got it working, but it wasn't without a ton of trouble, ports don't match pictures, no customer support.5. Nothing works except one problem at a time, very frustrating for something so simple. After receiving the first one and playing with it for a few hours I decided it must be defective and sent it back (Revain was great). So I was glad the 2nd was working fine, but after about a month it started doing the same thing as the 1st, to the point that I removed it from my install. Now it sits in the bin in my garage and is mostly junk. So at least for me a very hip time and 135.00. This is the worst computer accessory I have ever bought. I would give zero stars if it were possible.
