so many mistakes in this design I don't know where to start. First, when you turn it on, the motor goes to FULL POWER, so you need to reduce the intensity immediately. Second, the buttons are SO NICE that you have to hold the handle from the bottom, which is incredibly awkward, or you run the risk of constantly turning it off or changing the heat intensity if you press the handle closer to your head where the flimsy buttons are . Thirdly, this nifty "Auto-Off" feature means that if you tilt the hair dryer to the side (e.g. to dry other parts of your body) it will turn itself off! Seriously, if someone was old, had arthritis or dysmotility, forget using this thing. After giving it 2 stars after a few tries I was able to make my very thick post covid hair super smooth and perfect. But it's bloody cumbersome and inconvenient to use. Returned it and opted for the cheaper 'TURBO' model - not great results but the grip is comfortable and the buttons are easy to use. For $140 nerds, you'd think a simple ergonomic design would be part of the deal. Just hook up this 7X motor to a TURBO case and you have a great product. HARUMF.
