My favorite thing is that we have the option to take an order over the phone, which has helped us with our busy restaurant and catering business. It is very easy to use. I really like the customer portal because it allows us to track our orders and keep the customers happy. I don't like that it is a very expensive. I wish that it was more affordable or maybe even free. The customer portal has been a huge help in keeping track of our orders and ensuring they are filled correctly, and are the correct size. The ease of use of the program and how well it integrates with our POS system. There are some things that could be improved but nothing terrible. I would say just go through the training and try it out. We've been using this program since we started our businesses about 3 years ago and have had no problems. It's helped us keep track of inventory and has made tracking sales much easier.
