This toothbrush was great. My wife and I threw away our Oral B toothbrushes and shared these (with separate brush heads), we usually charge them every 1-2 weeks. I don't think we've had another battery drain so overall it's pretty good for battery life. The brush vibrates so you have to move it back and forth, but not very much. It seems to do all the work for you. Apply light pressure and the bristles will get into hard-to-reach places and clean your teeth well. I would recommend this to everyone. The timer is a bit annoying as there are pauses every 30 seconds. I personally just make a "circle" around the mouth, so I don't see the need for an indicator that it's time to move to another part of the mouth. A pause midway and an automatic shutdown would have sufficed. Because of the speed of the vibration, when you work around the mouth, the pause is a pause long enough that you basically miss 1-2 teeth in that pass. For me it's a nuisance.
