This Winco thermometer deviates at least 20 degrees. The reading also depends on how deep the wand is immersed in the liquid. According to this thermometer, water boils up to 200 degrees. Pudding at 150. All the recipes I relied on have been ruined and thrown into the landfill. You had better guess the temperature yourself or figure out how to tell by sight, smell and viscosity because that thermometer is bullshit.
