My wife's family installed it in her guest room so she could watch her programs from anywhere. The device itself is easy to use and works great, but there are a few issues to be aware of. 1.) It must be installed in a place where other people will not use or operate the TV. 2.) If someone accidentally unplugs, turns off, or unplugs the TV, you must call the person at the device and ask them to fix the problem. 3.) Reliability, speed of response and "noise" depend on the internet connection where it is as well as where you are 4.) My wife cannot get the app to run on her new smartphone after the last OS update bring, but it works on the previous OS.5.) Only one person can connect remotely at a time, even if there are 8 glasses in the house where it is installed. It was almost perfect for my wife and we bought two for family members. For other people, this may not be much of what they are looking for.
