This is a decent product for the price, there is a tool mark around the spacer. This gasket does not appear to fit the retaining ring on the Momo horn button. For this reason the entire steering wheel has a distance of 3 mm to the hub. However, you can modify it with a grinder or a dremel to install a momo locking ring in it. It's not a big problem for me because it happens on my racing simulator (thrustmaster tx).
