Review on ATD Tools 813, 11-inch 3-Piece Ring Nose Pliers Set by Daniel Steele

Purchased this tool with some trepidation based on negative reviews of the build quality of this product. The tool is not the highest quality tool steel and I can see that it can rust over time. However, the casting makes a reasonable impression and it does what it is supposed to. it simplifies the removal of fuel lines, vacuum hoses and heater hoses and does not damage the hoses. Three different sizes make hose removal easy, making this a great purchase. It's not the best quality like Craftsman, Snap On or Kobalt. I think professionals should maybe choose another brand. But it's perfect for the homeowner or DIY. When storing, simply lubricate them with machine oil or WD40. I do this for some of the lower quality tools to keep them rust free and will do this for this set of tools. Excellent purchase.
