This is a good quality magnet. It stays on very well, but unlike a sticker, also removes easily when you don't need it. Most importantly, I think it's a nice reminder to other drivers when you have a student in the car. If my teen waited longer than really necessary at a stop sign, it helped avoid dirty looks or honks which would've just made her more nervous. My kids thought it was funny when I bought it but ended up remembering to put it on the car because it gave them extra peace of mind. Definitely recommend it.
