I have dark spots on both sides of my face from temples to cheeks and neck. For a year I tried to get rid of them with natural serums, scrubs, glutathione and creams but to no avail. In the end I opted for an acid peel and the difference was obvious. The hyperpigmentation on my face has reduced and blends better with the rest of my skin tone. It worked on part of my neck. This seems to be a stubborn area. I will repeat the scrub in two weeks. But I was relieved to finally find a product that quickly reversed hyperpigmentation. I continue to use other natural products and sunscreen to keep my new skin free from hyperpigmentation. The scrub wasn't very sharp. Slight burning after 5 minutes. I would say it's about a third of the discomfort you feel from a sunburn.
