What I like best about VOIP service is that it allows me to be in communication with multiple people without the expense of an analog telephone line. It also has allowed me to have the convenience of being able to use it from any computer at my office, without the need for a physical telephone at my desk. There is nothing that I dislike too much about VOIP service itself. You must get a good quality product before you buy as the competition is fierce and can be very costly. As mentioned above, you must get a quality product or you will likely not reap all the benefits that you may expect. If you have some kind of need where you would use a regular phone line, but not actually make calls, then this should work ok. If however, you would use your VOIP as a main phone number - you will probably want a traditional phone line available in case of The ease of use to set up our system was excellent! Customer service is also top notch with quick responses from support team members who are always willing go above an beyond in helping us get things right as soon as possible!! We have been able solve several issues that we were having before implementing this product including many call quality problems (dropped calls).
