I ordered this to use as a battery and speaker for our outdoor movie nights. I hook up our tiny LED projector for power and hook it up for movie sound. The speaker power is enough to play the projector and speaker sound for at least 1 movie, and maybe 2, but I haven't watched 2 in a row. We don't use it at full volume, more like 1/2. But we watched a movie and then listened to music for 1-2 hours without draining the battery. LIGHTS It took a bit of fiddling and instruction to turn the lights off, but it's doable if you don't want them to turn on. It has a variety of color options and flashing patterns, just scroll until you find what you like. SOUND The sound is good, not great, but I wasn't expecting it to sound like an expensive speaker or home stereo either. It'll do fine indoors, by the pool, or on a movie projector outdoors at night, but don't expect concert sound and chest-pounding bass. I might end up adding some little feet to help him figure out where and how we use him. HANDLEI in a fixed position and at a fixed height, so remember that enough space is needed for use and storage. It is firmly fixed and you can definitely hang it without worrying about whether it will hold up. QUALITY CONSTRUCTION: It feels solid rather than brittle plastic. It can withstand some abuse, dropping our 4ft high projector stand and hitting the ground unscathed, but left some small lint on the fabric cover at the point of impact. GENERAL THOUGHTS It works fine for our use, it's a little bulky as I'm used to smaller can speakers, but I like having a button so it's worth it. to me. It has more features than other speakers I've had and love the pool light show. I'm happy with it and I hope you are too. Hope that was helpful, thanks!
