Great tool that helps with organizing research
It's very easy to use, has great customer support, and you have multiple options for storing your articles in different formats. The search function could also be improved by adding more fields (e.g., category). I would definitely recommend this product because of all the benefits listed above! We are solving problems related to our customers' questions about their products or services. This software allows us to store information in an organized fashion and easily find what we're looking for when needed.
