Okay I won't lie, when I first got it I hated it. But I will say that this is most likely user error. I have an iPhone and bought an Otterbox for it. I installed the phone mount on the dashboard with no problems. It's fixed and doesn't move. But the magnet that goes on the phone. it just kept falling no matter what I did. I was ready to glue it to the Otterbox (please don't do that!). I ended up doing a bit of research and someone suggested placing a magnet between the hard plastic and rubber parts of the Otterbox. Thanks now it works great!
