Shopping with TWINSLUXES is an experience I would not inflict on my worst enemy; I recently had the misfortune of doing so. My troubles began when I came upon their website and found it to be unorganized and difficult to navigate. It took way too long to locate what I needed, and then the checkout was a complete ordeal. It seemed like there was always a problem or an error message appearing at the next turn. But I pushed through, assuming the order placement would be the hardest part. Oh, how incorrect I was. Weeks passed, and I still hadn't received my purchase. The customer support rep I contacted gave me a canned response that didn't address my issues. My gift finally arrived, but its contents were completely unexpected. There was significant damage to some of the goods due to inadequate packaging. I contacted customer support once more and was met with the same lack of compassion and understanding. My entire time spent purchasing with TWINSLUXES was fraught with frustration and disappointment. If you value reliability and care about your customers, I strongly suggest you seek elsewhere before making a purchase from them.
