USB-A ports toggle on and off
Very disappointing. This charger works well with USB-C ports. It can charge my laptop and phone at the same time. However, the USB-A ports cycle on and off every few seconds. I assume this is part of smart charging. However, it is very annoying. Chargers turn on and off every few seconds. If they have lights and sounds, they stay on all night.
