When I received it I was surprised by the small size of this amazing computer (Dell OptiPlex 9020). It's small enough to be placed at the top of my desk without encroaching on my workspace! My only criticism is the initial setup. When I first used this computer, I found that the boot time was VERY long. It took 5 minutes to get to the Windows welcome screen - similar to old 80286 DOC computers a long time ago). It also took a very long time for the computer to run a larger program like Adobe Creative Suite. However, after the program was launched on the computer, it worked very quickly. By using utilities like Glary Utilities, Spybot S&D and Advanced System Care, the boot time has been reduced to just over 2 minutes and the program launch time is much better. Another oddity of this computer is that it does not have built-in WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities. They provided me with two USB dongles that need to stay connected to the computer (using 2 precious USB ports). I had to purchase a 7-port USB hub to add the extra USB ports I need to this device. Overall I would say this computer is excellent! You just have to be a geek like me or know someone who can help with the initial setup.
