Review on Dell Business Thunderbolt USB C Dock Laptop Accessories by Rob Parsons

I got this to replace my Dell WD15 docking station. I was under the impression that a Thunderbolt dock would fare much better than a USB-C dock, but it was about the same, if not slightly worse. Once the dock is up and running you'll forget about it, but when I start my computer it takes at least 2 minutes for this dock to fully initialize. That would be nice, but the last thing I think will initialize the USB ports, leaving my computer on the lock screen for 2 minutes before the keyboard and mouse actually work to log in. A little disappointing but the dock works so I'm only deducting one star. For those wondering, I had a smaller 180W PSU.
