Review on V4INK Compatible 26A Toner Cartridge - Black Ink Replacement for HP Pro M402n M426 Printer by Grant Galloway

I have previously purchased from V4INK. Replacement cartridges for my HP402N worked perfectly. I bought two cartridges last July so I didn't have to wait for a replacement when my existing cartridge ran out of toner. I opened them up last weekend and found them to be different from my previous V4INK cartridge. There were no problems with the previous cartridge. BOTH new cartridges give me "Non-HP cartridge" and "No memory found" errors. Upon inspection of the cartridges, they are different from the ones I previously bought that worked. As you can see in the images above, they are physically different. The one with the open green reel is the new version. Cheaper! If you have an HP printer, I recommend you not to buy. I called support several times on the site. It rings and then beeps "busy". Shame they used to be so cheap but wouldn't buy them again
