Due to the internal configuration of the bag, once the internal stitching came loose, it became very difficult to put the club back in place. The retailer (Amazon) agreed to take it back but the issue was timing. The old bag was given away so this bag was all I had left. To return it without having another bag, I log out of the game until I can get another bag. I will end up having to keep this bag until I can find and get a new one (which is difficult for some reason. obvious lack). As soon as I get a new bag, it ends up in the bin. Very bad. I have been using Callaway equipment for many years and this is my first problem. Of course I don't want to buy another Callaway bag.
