Review on PlateTopper 1 IceTopper Plus by Megan Gardner

Extremely difficult to close. I would say I have medium strength, but I struggled to find a way to close the lid. What I did was fill a tray with water, turn it upside down and pull firmly on the hook on the lid to close it. There was another review that mentioned they couldn't close it but I chose to ignore it as another person had posted a video of it being used in medicine and had closed it fine . Also, it came with no plastic lid and both lids were left open so even the people selling the product couldn't close it to ship it lol.
