Doesn't fit window - too dark for traffic

I'm desperate for a decent window blind for driving. I'm a street fighter and my dermatologist said I often tan on my left side. I bought them to hopefully help. There is no such happiness. The top of the blind is curved so it doesn't fit snugly against the top of the window, leaving a gap just where the sun shines that defeats the purpose. It also doesn't sit in the corner of the window, so any possible gaps in the top let light through. I've tried everything to prevent it but to no avail. I drive a Chevrolet Equinox. They're also quite dark, so they distort the view a lot, especially if you're trying to use the side mirrors. Too dark for driving to be able to see well, I cannot recommend. On a very bright, sunny day this is doable with a good driver in the driver's seat, but when it's dark forget to use them. They stick well to windows and I live where it regularly gets over 90 degrees outside so no problem. You can't wind down the window once they're stuck on, so keep that in mind - it didn't bother me. My search for the right window blind continues while driving.
