Easy to use and useful service when used correctly
I like how easy it is for me as an admin/owner of my SaaS product, Neatly! It's very simple yet effective way in which our customers can stay up-to date with what their users are doing within our products every day without needing any manual intervention from us or them at all (we do have some automated reports but nothing that would require much work).
We haven't had many issues so far though we've only been using this tool since about 2 months ago now - still early days :) There isn't anything really bad either other than maybe trying out different templates if they don’t fit well enough into yours own design aesthetic? If anyone has questions please feel free ask away!! The benefits include keeping track of user activity across multiple services.

- Simple to use & understand UI
- Great U&F features / ability t customize appearance.
- Nice looking layout when you add new checkins too :)
- Very responsive customer success team who respond pretty fast after support tickets posted by clients.(this may vary depending upon client type)
- Nothing major honestly ; just things were perhaps could be improved such having better notification options via email etc
