I bought this as a gift for my granddaughter and was very disappointed. The tree I received does not look like the picture. The one in the photo looks more like two or three trees stacked on top of each other. The "needles" also fell when I fluffed the tree, which you often have to do because it's packaged in a box about 4 inches by 4 inches and three feet long. I contacted the company over a week ago (at their request if something is wrong or you are dissatisfied) and have not heard from them yet. This tree was absolutely not worth the money (about $20) I paid for it. I would agree with the price (and that it had no light) if it was like the photo. I'm so tired of all this. When buying online, we rely on product photos! Stop being a loser and misrepresenting your products.
