This will take some practice but will make hemming a lot easier. There's a learning curve, mostly due to the fact that I'm not used to feeding things straight, but rather at an angle. I'm not known for doing projects because I hate hemming so this foot is amazing for me! This is much quicker than measuring bending and pressing, pinning, and then sewing. It doesn't always work perfectly, but the time saved is more than worth it. If you have a Singer sewing machine like I do, you will need to purchase a shortwave adapter to properly fit your machine.
