I have had this handbag for a week now and only use it. Being a ripstop nylon, it is inherently very light. Because it's so roomy, I had to be careful not to overload it with stuff I don't really need to carry around. I like the external zip pocket configuration. There is one large pocket on the back and two pockets on the front (one about 7 inches wide, the other about 5 inches wide). Inside there are two separate zippered compartments. The front compartment has a zipped patch pocket and the bag comes with a separate matching pouch. It has everything I absolutely need to have with me, there is still a lot of room inside, it is not too heavy and I will probably never have to open the bottom. Yesterday I even stuffed my travel umbrella in my bag because I thought it was going to rain. I also carried a pint-sized water bottle upright and a zippered bag. I use a Samsung tablet (7" x 9.5") and when I need it I can put it in my pocket and zip it up. The carrying strap is also a big plus. It's strong, wide enough not to dig into your shoulder, and stays in place. Once adjusted to the desired length, the strap will hold that length. I used to have a washable holdall from another brand that was smaller. I thought about buying the same brand again but couldn't find a size and shape I liked. When I first started looking at what LeSportsac had to offer (I also have one of their backpacks which I bought in 2011 and use all the time for travel) I thought "YAH!" wait a minute. I didn't really settle on this pattern. He picked me because it was on sale. It turned out to be a good choice and works flawlessly. I will be using this bag for years to come and will buy it again in the same style. The tag in my bag says it was made in Cambodia. I have no complaints about the quality of this bag.
