This Accusize end mill has never used a flycatcher or end mill larger than 1/2". A whole new possibility opened up to me - efficient trimming of large areas without re-sharpening the flypaper nozzle. The first test cut performed with the tool produced a mirror finish that exceeded my expectations. The only downside to the purchase was the inserts that came with the plates. The plates are not standard TPG plates. They have a flat surface next to the rounded tip and the entire cutting edge is chamfered on the cutting surface! Both of these factors are likely to lead to serious problems with the bit rubbing instead of cutting. So I didn't even try to use them. Luckily other reviews questioned the quality of the included inserts and I bought this pack of 10 inserts with the cutter, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/ B00EUG0H4O / , I was pleased to find that the cutting edge of these end mill mounted inserts was equidistant to within .0002" of the flank.
