Review on IMS Voyager by Matthew Perez

The best thing about IMS is that it has an easy interface for customers to use. It's also very user friendly. Customer service is excellent. We've been using IMS since they first started offering services for our business (15 years now). The only downside we have had was when IMS went through some changes in their system. There were a few glitches but the customer service team came through with a quick resolution. I highly recommend IMS. Customer service is outstanding. They are always willing to go above and beyond to help you out.
