The best thing about this software is that it allows you send bulk messages at once without having to go through each individual customer one by one which saves time for us as well as our customers! It's also very easy to use so I don't have many complaints other than maybe some of their templates could be more user friendly but they do offer free training if needed or requested. We are able to quickly reach out with mass emails in order to keep up with sales promotions we're running throughout different channels such as Facebook ads etc.
