A great tool that combines many aspects of running an effective Business
It's very user friendly, it has all you need for your business in one place! Nothing really comes up as negative but I wish there were more customization options available especially when using POS with multiple locations/stores within our organization. We are solving several problems at once by combining this software with our CRM (Salesforce). Our sales team uses both systems together making sure they don't have duplicate information or any missing data which helps us ensure better customer service overall.
Pros
- The ability to track customers from initial phone call throughout their entire journey through my store is crucial during COVID 19 times where we're trying every new way possible while still maintaining social distancing guidelines without sacrificing quality experience & exceptional product knowledge that makes me stand out among competitors..Customer support was great too quick response time whenever issues arose..it made everything easy :)
